• Advance Notification: Clients anticipating difficulty making a payment must notify Approval Genie at least three days in advance.
• Proof of Financial Hardship: Supporting financial documents that demonstrate their inability to meet car loan payment obligations.
• Direct Payment Assistance: Approval Genie covers part or all of the car loan payments, provided clients commit to working with the company’s Credit Redevelopment Program Coordinator on a tailored financial restructuring plan.

Approval Genie's PaymentAssist Program will cover part or all of the car loan payment, provided the client commits to working with the company’s Credit Redevelopment Program Coordinator on a tailored financial restructuring plan. Approval Genie will cover the unmanageable portion of a car loan payment obligation up to $350 bi-weekly. Any perceived abuse or unwillingness to adhere to the recommendations made by the Credit Redevelopment Program Coordinator may result in the revocation of the PaymentAssist Program.

The PaymentAssist Program can be rescinded or amended at any time, at Approval Genie’s sole discretion.
